Mexico, Amsterdam, Leipzig…

Hi there! I hope you are well. This week was full of travel once more. I spent the last 2 days in Mexico before flying via Amsterdam to Berlin and then train to Leipzig. This trip to Mexico was very different and special. As I mentioned in previews blogs, I was surrounded by family like never before and created a lot of new memories and sweet moments as well as crazy anecdotes that I will carry with me my whole life, happily so.

I enjoyed my last coffees and my last Mexican food for a while. I also took the time to give a one last lesson to a very young and talented soprano with whom I had 4 sessions, she is really good and specially she has hunger to learn and search when the circumstances do not supply what she needs, I really admire her intention and willingness to accept new information in order to improve, I really wish her all the best in her search and I wish her all the success in her life and singing. I will try to go back once more during this year and try to organize musical activities over there. I have some ideas in mind, so I hope they can get realized.

Now, back in Germany and dealing with a Jetlag, but this time the whole travel was really comfortable and it was very enjoyable with Aeromexico and KlM. I am glad my luggage with lots of Mexican souvenirs arrived, not like last time that I travelled with Lufthansa, it took 3 days until I got my luggage home.  Now that I am back, lots of things and decisions have to be made, and I must plan carefully my time before I start in few weeks a new production.

I keep doing my exercise routines and my daily reading as well as my morning pages. I am also taking my time to read “Man's Search for Meaning” by Viktor Frankl, it is not a long book but I am taking few pages at a time to think about and imagine what he describes and really dig into the nature of his personal experience being one of millions in such situation.

I hope you are well. Please take care and see you next week.
